| CD30L

CD30 ligand (CD30L), also known as CD153, is a membrane-associated glycoprotein. It belongs to the TNF superfamily and the TNFR superfamily and is a specific ligand for CD30/TNFRSF8. CD30L protein is expressed in T and B lymphocytes, macrophages, various normal hematopoietic cells, and derived tumors.CD30L is also a marker for Hodgkin lymphoma and related hematologic malignancies and is involved in the activation and function of the T-cell-dependent immune system.
